Soulfool Moment

This week is such a nice-cooling-wind-blowing-at-your-face week. I did try for the last 2 days with my darling, with Romeo sleeping at his stroller, standing at the walkway at the park downstairs of my apartment that i'm accomodating in.

The temperature is chilling and is very very nice to just stand there and enjoy the moment of wind. We smoke few sticks of ciggies and sitting down there just enjoy the chilliness, the winding smacking against ur face while blowing at your hair making you energize your soul, filling up the empty spaciousness in your soul and mind. Such a fantastic moment!

I did ask some my China friends about the livelihood and the weather here in China. In Shanghai, which is not that north and not south location, just right at the middle, the weather here, is comfortable for 6 months, cold for 3 months and hot for 3 months in a year calendar. It the north in China, the weather is slightly different in the sense of 1 month hotness, 4 months of coldness and7 months of comfy weather.

Back to where we are today at this 1st month of Autumn, i felt it is really nice. I was imagining having a barbeque right now in the evening, with the winds blowing at chilling temperature and having a place of fire to cook your fav wings and meats. Accompanied by a booze of beer, ciggies at your lips and an accompanion of friends laughing all the way enjoying within everybody comfort and just chilling out while biting the fav piece of pork rib or marinated grilled wings. Can you try to imagine that moment? Wouldn't it be wonderful...

I do have a lot of stress and pressure of my own right now. Who doesn't have any stress and pressure in life? Everyone does... Its just that i prefer to enjoy the moment of happiness and joy rather to talk about problems and sadness that can't be solved at the moment. Just live you life and enjoy every moment of it, realizing that we, humans, are just too complicated and complex sometimes, makes it worst especially when it comes to trouble and stress.

I don't not know how and do not know of all the answers in life. I am still learning and i will continue to learn to the day i die. I do not wish to regret, but yet i know that decisions have to be made. Time wasting is really for fools. I am empty yet i am mindful. I wish my life will be much simpler. I hope that you will have yours too...

Foggy Friday

Its a foggy Friday and i thought it was raining or i am in heaven haven't really wake up yet. In fact, it is actually fog or mist this morning. It is cooling and i like it very much. It is much better now, in Autumn compare to the last 2 months, seriously! It has been few days since i updated my column here for my work is heavy and datelines to meet, even for now, i creep in an hour or so for my emails and personal stuffs.

Lifes foggy. You will never know how your future looks like and it is always in vague. Perhaps, it is due to that i do not have a crystal mentally clear idea what do i really want in the future. Is is a dream that i carry on in my mind that i will never be able to fulfill or was it just a plain simple fantasy dream? Lifes foggy and you can't see the path in front of you clearly. I am stuck in the middle of 2 paths that are totally different routes, and i am just plain simple confused which 1 to choose. Decisions have to be made sooner or later. It is just that these 2 paths goes into very different routes and the outcome might not be as favorable if you were to choose it wrongly. It is foggy in front of me and i am blur! Can i wish my life be simpler, but it would not be interesting if it is were to be simple. Ain't it?

I read a comment from my friend column just now and found it to be somehow true. "Life is like a vacuum cleaner, it sucks!", my my! What do you think? Those who have made it in life, will disagree with with the statement. Somehow somewhere some people, will enjoy the blessings in life. There are people who are rich but is not happy, there are some who are rich and happy, there are some who are filthy rich and is not satisfied and there are some falls into the other categories, poor and middle class.

I mean, look at it, certain things are beyond our control and it hurts so badly to know that lifes is unfair, no matter how you might have contributed to the humanity. There are those non-smokers, who have lungs cancer. Can you give me any logic reasons for this to happen? I simply believe that there are a lot of things in this world that i do not understand. There are certain "orders" from mother nature that have this preset. It is not that i believe in fate or destiny or anything else fix. But it is more of that, i believe certain things happens for a reason. And you might not found out the answer even if you want to. Vague and foggy isn't it?

Hence, i implore you and myself, you need to ask "why", but don't overly ask and you might have a happier life. Lifes foggy, enjoy your moment now!

Juices of Life

This week is just so stressful and pressuring. Lotsa things to say and lots of trouble in the mind, but so much yet it is so complex that sometimes, you just wish that life should be a little simpler. How can you live with so many things going into ur brain and heart at once. You will blow into pieces. Thats why people have heart attack here and there during their forties. Life is just too complex and demanding. Life have no room for errors and soft people. It will kill you if you are not ready for it. It is like a giant waves, "tsunami" just comes to you whether you are ready or not. It will hit you in the face and kill you if you are not ready for the true hard truth facts. It is NOT pleasant nor it is NICE! Theres nothing you can do about it nor you can change it. Its up to you to be ready for it when it really comes.

I was unprepared in anyway. I always thought that life is simple, rather because i have not have any real deal experience or falls yet. Once you starts to experience and have wisdom, so called, juice of life, then only will you be able to see more of the real world in your vision, rather than your eyes. The REAL eyesight. From there, if you are strong enough and smart enough, maybe you can live your life better, achieve something great out of your life and i believe it is the key to your overall success. I learned that through the hard way, by falling down into the unknown. Yes, it hurts and it might hurts people around you.

If you were to manage to something out of it, so called, experience or "juices of life", then you gain an invaluable, priceless, wisdom. There are those who falls, who will never learns and blames at others for the errors they made. How do they learn then? They assume that they will never be wrong. It is always others. They're bored and they make me sick.

I am not particularly pleasant or feeling nice this week. Stress and problems. I felt like drowning myself with alcohol this time. What do you think if i mix alcohol, ice-cream, ice-blended coffee and ciggy chain smoking non-stop? I felt and i wanted to do that. Shit! Really horrible week for me. I have some really fucking internal personal problem with right now. I am lost and i am confused. I do not know what to do. Do i follow my heart or look at the bigger picture and ignore my heart?

What will you do? Feelings or logics...

Shanghai Day 2

Few days since i do any real blogging at all, firstly, i was tied down with my work, secondly, i can't access to any blog from China and i haven't haven the opportunity to check out my sister's blog and thirdly, i am having some personal problem at home. Its kinda long story and i do not wish to go into sad and negative side of me. I should be the bubbling cheerful type of person. The side of the person that you would see on the good news rather than all those negative ones. Enough said.

Back to some memories lane in Shanghai on Sunday. We, my darling and Romeo went to walk in Xujiahui area to check out the malls again. After we check out, we walk there which is around 15 minutes walk and we proceed to have our lunch 1st. Lots of variety and we decided to try syabu syabu, my darling favourite. We found place and make our order of beef slice, mushrooms, veges, tofu and etc. We ate almost for 2 hours before going to ICBC bank nearby to get some cash. Then we walk and walk here and there until its 4pm before going to the Shanghai South Train Station to get a bus back to ZJG. To my surprise, we miss the last bus at 4.40pm. We have took more than 1 hour to get from MRT and walking distance of 15 minutes and to our shock, we miss the last bus home. Got some opinion to get over to the main bus terminal by MRT and walking again for 15 minutes...Reach at almost 6.20pm just in time to get into the 2nd last bus home. By then, the autumn sky is dark and we are dead tired. Both of our legs wore out and even my darling foot is crack painfully. Ladies, i guess, u know how it feels to have cracked heels. Pain like shit!

By the time we reach ZJG, it is almost 8.30pm and we proceed to have dinner and get some stuff from Suguo, a local supermart. Reach home at around 10pm and rest is history for the night. Dead tired and legs dead for anymore working.

As per normal, i get my glass of nescafe shaken with ciggy for the night plus all the zillions of supplements that i have to take, cholestrol, liver enhancement, lecithin, this that and bla bla bla. Its for the good sake of my fats and my liver. Need to reduce my liver enzymaes, not in good health. As per normal lifestyle that we got back home in Malaysia, fats and alcohol and drugs abuse. Nasi Lemak, Satay, Hokkien Mee, fried chicken, this that oily stuff, how not too have fatty liver. All added in, its like a big pot of oil contributing to the fats in the liver. :)

For now, until next time, for the next trip to Shanghai and Suzhou, will keep you posted for any news and events here and thereforth. Krazybananaz out!

Shanghai Day 1

We were in Shanghai for the weekend, and hence, the lack of time for my blog. We went on Saturday morning around 9am with a driver and a couple of friends. The journey itself is not that long, just around 2 hours for us to reach the big metropolis of Shanghai. As we saw the high rise sky scrappers, the amount of traffic and cars, the numbers of pedestrians and cyclists on the road, it is truly amazing. Its freaking scary!

Anyway, we reach Shanghai at around noon proceed to our 1st destination in the north of Shanghai, a tourist location name Lao Chen Huang Miao, or simply name as Old Chen Huan Temple. Its a tourist location, and u can see scores of spectators and tourist there, Europeans, Americans, Chinese, Indians and etc. It is simply full house. Food, souvenirs, jades, silks, bags, shoes, jeweleries, pearls, special miniature stuffs and etc. Plenty of things to try and look at. Cool if you were to ask me. We took pictures and have our lunch there and its packed like sardines, i tell you.

Then after, we proceed to meet up with some of our friends at the West of Shanghai, named XuJiaHui, at one of the most busiest intersection in this city. The intersection of CaoXi Bei Lu and HongQiao Lu, lies this place of shopping heaven. More than 6 shopping complexes at every corners of it, from Grand Gateway building, replica of KLCC with designers brands (see the picture above), Metro City, the IT and gadgets buildings and etc. Huge place and lots of stuff to do and places to shop!

We then at evening went again to find this place, in Pudong, supposingly the shopping for all the replicas of watches, leather bags, and belts and etc. Lots of stuff selling there and its cheap and bargainable. We drove there but we found out that if were to take Metro (underground railway), it is muc faster to reach. Just take the green line Metro and go all the way straight to Shanghai Science Museum terminal, and voila! Another shopping heaven for all people. Shop till you bleed! Nose bleed and heart bleed!

We took Metro back to out hotel nearby the Xujiahui, hotel name HomeInn Hotel. Quite nice and cozy and within walking distance from both Metro and the Xujiahui, the shopping heavenly place. We proceed to dinner at Japanese buffet opposite our hotel. Each person of RMB98 excluding drinks eat all you can. We order sashimi salmon and tuna, prawn tempura, unagi, cawan mushi and plenty more. Non-stop ordering. Keke.

Lastly before adjourned to bed, bought some DVD nearby at RMB10 for some nice DVD9 with colorful boxes. And voila, back to hotel for some much needed rest and sleep!

Will update you further...again!

Unlucky Week

I felt like shit and feeling stupid. As if the curse has fallen to me this fucking week. I lost and misplace my golden pen that my Ling given to me, a Waterman Pen, i felt down from the stairs yesterday in a rainy day due to my new Adidas is not gripping hard enough, hurt my back and butt in the process, i felt sick and feverish this morning, felt tired all the way and etc etc. Funny things happen to a single person in a single week. Shitty things do happen!

The only consolation is to sip my favo coffee ice with a ciggy in the balcony in the midst of this cooling weather. And listening to some cool music tunes while i type this blog out. As usual, i can't view my blog here from China.

Majority of my friends here in ZJG, will be going outstation this coming next week. Some going to the States for ongoing job training for a month, some going to Singapore this next week as we in China will have a week break for the national day here. So hence, will be leaving me with my family here for the next upcoming next few weeks. I am planning to bring them to Shanghai and Suzhou of course via bus and free and easy ride staying in some familiar hotel, HomeInn Hotel. Maybe 3 days in Shanghai and 2 days in Suzhou before coming back to ZJG.

It is cool in here and it is very chilling for those who are not used to the weather here. It has since stop raining since just now in the evening and the ground has dried up but still cool. Hopefully this weather will remains until the next week when i go to for the holiday i plan.

Until then, hope that my fucking week will be better for the remainder of it. Ciao for now!

Its Wet Wet Wet!

The local weather is here a little horrendous. I believe it is due to a storm that is brewing in the nearby province blowing straight at us. This little storm has been making rains here, both heavily and drizzling, for a full 2 days, from the midnight 2 days ago till today in the morning. Sky is still dark without a hint of sunray. Only just breezing winds and chilliness on our skin. Its a wet wet day!

This so-called storm comes from the south of China, from the province of Sichuan towards Zhejiang, to the Shanghai and might be coming to ZJG, which is less than 200km away from Shanghai. Its huge and its coming for us. Warnings has been given to us to stay in the house. Apparently, there are floods and things flying all over the southern China. Must be catastrophe down there!

The temperature in ZJG is similiarly same with Genting right now and is cooler during the night with the fast wind blowing here and there. Can you imagine being cooler than Genting around 15 degrees even at Autumn. Haha! Adjusting myself as i speak. What a funny feeling! Due to this so-called storm as well, the water heater in my home, which uses solar power, to heat the water during the bath, seems not to function properly as well. It cold to even to step into the bathtub for a nice bath. How to clean ourself up properly? I wonder, how the hell am i going to survived in the winter? Enlightenment me please...

Happy Birthday Romeo!

Happy birthday Romeo! My cute little Romeo has just become 1 and a complete year since he was borned. Such a cute boy! He is such a people person that me giggle and laugh non-stop all night long crawling here and there. He likes to smile at people and he likes to make people smile as well.

We have a nice little birthday party for him on Monday night with some friends and colleague from my office. We have some nice fried rice with fried eggs that we bought from a local restaurant here. We get some KFC as well. We also bought a nice little looking cake to celebrate his birthday. Altogether total attendance is around 9 person, which is enough just to make everything goes well in order.

We celebrated his birthday at around 7pm, which when the sky went dark. Weather is nice, just cooling and winds breezing. We ate and laugh and enjoys each and others accompanion. We sing and celebrated Romeos birthday by singing the custom tune, Happy Birthday to Romeo, and took some pictures as well. Hah! Such a nice night.

What do you think? :) Is he cute or what... :)

ZhangJiaGang

Finally, back in ZhangJiaGang on Saturday night reaching around 7pm to my home in this small little town. I was surprised. The sky is dark by 6.30pm, really dark and i've only be gone in 2 weeks time, and the sky really changes from summer to autumn. By 7pm it is as if the time of Singapore of 8.30pm. Nevertheless, back home the 1st night and proceed to have dinner and buy some stuff from a supermarket in the town.

Hence, today Tuesday is my 2nd working day back to China. And been involved in training and working hecticly organizing today. Been busy like a bee. ZJG is good and its nice here. The feeling of being to a nice feelings place, really comforting as today has been drizzling for the whole morning. Autumn is here and the temperature is dropping. It is chilly sometimes at night. But good for me, the raining man. Keke.

The picture on the left is a representative of how ZhangJiaGang looks like o the outskirt and the older days. Now this city is flourishing and industrial money is flowing in. People are getting better by if they are in the correct place and have an correct connection. Life is life and those who are mentally prepared to take chances will be rich and while those, who still life struggles, will still be the same. Life of rich vs the poor.

There will be a national day holiday for the 1st week of Oct. I am planning to bring my family to go do some traveling to Suzhou and Shanghai for a walk and enjoy the scenery. Maybe do some shopping or just plain walking and window shopping. Keke.

Until then, will update when i have time again. Cheers!

Techno Feeling!

Hed Kandi, tunes that makes you dance and groove to the beats of it. I love it and i wish that i have more time here in Singapore to visit their club in Clarke Quay. Oh man! i just love techno and house music so much. Trance to a certain extend but not in clubs as trance tend to me too plateau and bass thumping only with less tunes to dance too. OMG! i really love techno, as now i am listening to Paul Oakenfold while i;m typing this blog at the middle of the night, morning to be exact. Listening to Techno, shaking my head up and down with my headset, typing this blog and watching Starhub at the same time. Fuck man! Just too fucking sweet doing all the exciting things at the same time. * Luckily not doing Madame Hand and 4 daughter* Ahem! At this same moment as well. If not i will achieve my ultimate orgasm, hahaha!

Well, as i was thinking this is the last night i'll be in SG for the next 2 months, might as well, i enjoy the night here doing something i enjoy with. Blogging, technoing and watching cable TV simultaneously! Heaven! Mixing with a glass of my Nescafe ice and a ciggy at my lips now! Beyond godlike experience! Try that! Mind blowing pleasure.

Actually, i was planning to ask my friend in Singapore out to do some clubbing just now. Perhaps at Ministry of Sound in Clarke Quay. Thought of having a look and explore the MOS in Singapore as i have not been to MOS before. And since that, St.James Power House mostly play R & B music to capture the new trend of music and party goers who like to dance to the tunes of R & B. Somehow, a change of going to a techno club might be fun. But a warning from a lot of my friends in Singapore right now, stating that the management of MOS really sucks to the max. Music is not that nice anymore, drinks are quite pricey and the crowd has since been gone to St.James, it might be boring at MOS. But anyhow, MOS will be my top destination for my next trip to SG 2 months later. Nice!

Long island tea anyone? Or you just prefer JD with coke? OMFG! I need to dance! Until then, Adios!

SG Last Night

This is Pudong International Airport, Shanghai and i'll be coming tomorrow with my family and a colleague. My last night in Singapore tonight for 2 more months back in China. Its fun in fact to think about it as the whole journey for me this month, been to 3 different countries in the matter of 2 weeks period. China reaching to Singapore and to Malaysia for a few day rest and the stupid US Embassy thingy plus back to Singapore to work and train for 1 more week and tonight is the last night here. Felt very fast and the pace is seriously incredible yet fun.

My family will be there in China with me for a month, and we can proceed to travel around Jiangsu Province and of course, how can i miss out Shanghai. The entertainment and the shopping in the city, with plentiful of stores and shopping complexes and night spots.
The ever famous Nanjing Dong Lu, The bund, Pudong tower and by the river view between Puxi and Pudong, the clubs and the spots for shops and walking. MRT in Shanghai is packed like sardines just like in SG, taxi are plentiful but old version type, with some smell. Hehe.

Did i mention that China only have 3 holidays in a year, count that being effective. The holidays occur 1 whole week, the Chinese New Year week, Labour day week and the national independence day week which of course occurs from 1st of Oct to 7th of Oct. A holiday for me and my family for sure. I am planning to tour around Jiangsu province of Suzhou and Wuxi. But before that of course, a lot if of Shanghai. Although the main thing is the expenses that will occured isn't it?

Until then at ZJG in China. I say adios and take care for now. Muaks fellow Singaporean and Malaysian. Ciaos!

SG St.James Power Station

Singapore is really truly a fascinating city. I think this Singapore, the lion city, portraits a city of entertainment in the South East Asia. Something like Tokyo, the city of happenings in the Eastern side of the world. Same works with Singapore, the city of happenings in the South East Asia. The pubs, cafes, discos, F1 races at night in the future, 2 casinos open up around south of island, Genting and Sands, foods, drinks and etc. Really happening here.

I was at St. James power station last night. Took the MRT there after my dinner with my friend and decided to proceed there to hang out at the most happening place at night in Singapore currently. We are split in the beginning whether proceed to MOS in Clarke Quay or Power Station down south next to VivoCity at harbour front. Decide to go down south. St.James Power station is actually a building renovated to fit multiples of bars, cafes, restaurants, discos and etc. We went to the RnB disco at the back, by the name of Power House, if not mistaken...

Reach there around 12am and smokes while waiting for a friend to come. It was Wednesday night i mind you, although is it ladies night at most discos. So proceed to entry this club and enjoy ourself. Total of 5 person and we ordered a bottle of Martell served with green tea and ice cubes. Though i caught by surprised in the beginning as i thought all major clubs normally places techno or house music while this disco plays R n Bs, although i'm not complaining anyway. Been too long since i've been to any clubs that is this happening. :)

It was a full house. Dance floor is packed with peoples, sardines to be exact. Ang mos, gweilos, locals, girls, ladies, guys, machos, clubbers, ravers packed into a single room. Nice decorations btw. I was dancing and drinking my green tea with ice as normal. No ciggies is to be light up in the discos, which i think is good, control the ciggies intake in the D. Those who smokes have to go to a smoking section, open-aired or outside.

The music is good, the bass is excellent, the lightning is fantastic, the environment is superb, the air we breathe is fresher, "compare to those days, where everyone puffs non-stop", the machos and pretties are there and lotsa things to be shout about. The only 1 thing i do not really understand is all these man, clubbers to be exact, really look very nice and dress perfectly to the discos. They wear black slacks, long sleeve shirt with a pair of leather shoes to discos. Feels like just after work kinda feeling. Not all though, like me i just chill out with a pair of denim jeans, a collar long sleeve top, "maybe got dress code, better prepare", and a pair of sports sneakers. Of course, with a hint and a spray of Ck One before i leave the house.

Taxis is aplentiful outside. We left the club at around 4am and the discos is still half packed, dance floor is still full of people dancing to beats and tunes. We decided to call it a night and head back to snore at our bed, as today, work is still calling.

St.James Power Station. I'll be back! Hasta la vista, baby!

What Man Wants - Ep 1

The Male Perspective

I've get this articles from somewhere and its quite hilarious. These are the perspective of normal guys. Read my version later when i've done editting it. Seriously, from my perspective. It might not be correct, but at least i've tried!

We always hear the rules from the female side. Now here are the rules from the male side. These are our rules. Please note these are all numbered “1 ON PURPOSE!

1. Breasts are for looking at and that is why we do it. Don’t try to change that.

1.2 Learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If its up, put it down. We need it up, you need it down. You don’t hear us complaining about you leaving it down.

1.3 Saturday = sports. It’s like the full moon or the changing of the tides. Let it be.

1.4 Shopping is NOT a sport. And no, we are never going to think of it that way.

1.5 Crying is blackmail.

1.6 Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one: Subtle hints do not work! Strong hints do not work! Obvious hints do not work! JUST SAY IT!

1.7 ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That’s what we do - sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.

1.8 A headache that lasts for 17 months is a problem See a doctor.

1.9 Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument In fact all comments become null and void after 7 days.

1.10 If you think you’re fat, you probably are. Don’t ask us.

1.11 If something we said can be interpreted two ways, and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one.

1.12 You can either ask us to do something or tell us how you want it done Not both If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.

1.13 Whenever possible please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

1.14 Christopher Columbus did not need directions and neither do we.

1.15 ALL men see in only 16 colours, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not a colour Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.

1.16 If it itches, it will be scratched We do that.

1.17 If we ask what is wrong and you say nothing,’ we will act like nothing’s wrong We know you are lying but it is just not worth the hassle.

1.18 If you ask a question you don’t want an answer to, expect an answer you don’t want to hear.

1.19 When we have to go some where, absolutely anything you wear is fine, Really!

1.20 Don t ask us what we’re thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as Sex, Sport, or Cars.

1.21 You have enough clothes.

1.23 You have too many shoes.

1.24 I am in shape. Round is a shape.

Transportation Systems

Sometimes in Singapore the taxi here is fascinating. Especially in the morning when it rains *has been for the last 2 days*, there are no taxis around. Either they are hired or they are on call. Very seldom you can find 1 empty in the morning. Especially when it rains. Been waiting for 1 for more than half an hour just now in the morning before i can find 1, while standing in the rain drizzling raining wet on me. I think it is the same stories for all metropolis in any countries in the world. Just that i wanted to let out the frustrating just now. Better now. Hehe.

In China, taxi is called "zhu che", meaning rental car or "kereta sewa", meaning taxi in Singapore and Malaysia. Singapore has 1 of the best transportation system in 3 countries i've been, China, Malaysia and Singapore. The drivers are polite and safe, the bus do not rush over red light, taxis do not speed, cars will let you pass on the zebra crossing 1st at the traffic light and etc etc. Nice good secure feelings. Compared it to China and Malaysia, you will puke and "vomit blood" when you see how drivers drive vehicles, both buses, taxis, cars and bicycles in China. It is electrifying!

Have you ever wonder how comes there are more cars in KL compare to Singapore and Shanghai? It is really a surprise when you were to see for yourself the amount of cars on the road in KL, especially in the "Federal 'carpark' Highway" and the shopping complexes. You can see and make a test for yourself. Calculate how many person sitting in car on the road and you be amazed. More than 50% of the cars on the road is normally sitted with 1 person, which is the driver. No wonder it is quite normal to see in KL that there are more than 2 cars in each house. Husband driving the Toyota/Honda/Benz to work, wife driving another car for her own purposes to fetch kids to tuition and from school, to shop and for daily housechores, the son need another car to work and his activities everyday, the daughter need another car for her college everyday and etc. So they need more than 3 cars you see, even my family has a few cars for our disposal.

Why can't we have a better transport system such as bus network or MRTs to our door step such as in SG, whereby an housing estate has a few bus stops and the frequency of buses and taxis is so much that you do not need to worry that there isn't one for you. Plus, it is safe to walk around even alone as a lady walking at these estates. Aunties and young ladies, both studying and working, mothers carrying kids and babies will feel the safety even when walking alone. No motorcycles will passed by you making you feeling insecure and fear for your life.

I presumed it is due to the central government trying to weight down the options that is best for our countries. When Proton and Perodua sell more cars, the car manufacturer (government linked companies, GLCs) will make more $, local banks who specialized in car loans will get the hire purchase business with interest rates charge for 7-9 years total up to 36% of the car price, petroleum companies will make a buck from there as well and etc. When all these big GLCs such as Proton and Perodua make $, Malaysia will stand proud in front as a well-run company and the pioneer car manufacturer in the region and the employees subsequently, which mostly comprises of localized cheap labor will benefit from it as well and of course then economies will grow indefinitely. Banks will get the business and will not go out of business as a result of these assistance. These banks have no muscle to fight against foreign banks if they were be left own their own. Hence, no wonder all these mergers and acquisitions (M&As) happening around the countries. They need more assets and financial muscles to be strong and be competitive. The power of Big Numbers!

Go figure and think both side of the coins. Everything has pros and cons. Yin and Yang...So how? Any ideas to improve our transportation system?

Different Spectrums

Talking about the previous post of life of talent and a life that i wanted to be. Sometimes reality does hit you, making you sweat and rethink about your priority. Dreams and hopes vs reality and responsibility. Have you watch a movie by Leonardo Dicaprio "The Aviator"? I love that movie and i love it so much even though a lot of people might think its boring. But i love the stories behind it. The real catch and some meaning that i preceived from it. Life of colorful, wealth, fame, control, prestige. I remember a scene in that movie, Leonardo is standing at the entrance of this famous club, walking in with the spotlight focusing on him, the faces of all the spectators and peers just looking at him. The scene of perfection and the scene of me wanting to be there standing over there replacing him, Leonardo. I am lost for words for that perfect scene!

Life do work in both ways. Sometimes, life is unfair. But it does not matter to me. If you were to indulge and falls into the mindset of unlucky and bad luck all the time. Bad luck and bad things to happens to you sooner or later. Its like an aura surrounding you become negative and attracts negative things or bad energies. People will be shock and dislikes talking to you.

But if you were to indulge and set your mindset into something positive and good things, you smile and remember the cheerful and happy times, carrying hopes and positive dreams instead of all the negative news that happen to us and to the world, inspite the truth being negative, you can actually be attracting positive energies. Trust me on this. Lots of times, when u are cheerful as a bird, smiles as if you have won a lottery, be positive, you can really make a differences in your life and people around you. Have u ever seen a baby so cute and sweet just make a giggle and smile at you? Your life will turn in an instant and you will felt a momentarily moment of joy within you. When people respond to your smile and your happiness, you will feel the joy in you. The moment itself. Accumulate it and you will find that this world has something good in it!

I've seen so many cases and stories of poor and bad luck vs rich and good luck. Sometimes, life is really fated for us to be borned this way into the world. Donald Trump once quoted, "lucky sperm club" to those born billionaires, the fortunes left from the previous generations. There are people who are born into this world with a golden spoon. Life for them is good and glittering filled with joy and positiveness. If they were to realised this in their life, they can actually make a BIG differences in their life to the world and society.

There are people whom, i will say, bottom of the chart, those who are born into world of sufferings. Bad luck and misery is all around them since the day they open their eyes to the world. The world of negativity. Can you imagine what will happen to them when they grows up with all the negativity, the rage and the bad things that happen to them during young? Its like a tiger waiting to be released from its cell in the zoo.

2 differences of the end of the spectrum. Rich vs poor. The rich are the controllers and the players in the market and the world right now, the poors will have to strive just to survive on everyday basis and the rest of us is just passing by. We are just like commuters in the MRT just passing by our days looking like a robot without a life striving and scratching for 3 meals a day life.

Unless you have a dream big enough for you to make a change and to inspire you to change and take a next step into the unknown, taking risk into the darkness and unknown and getting out of the circle of friends currently and meeting the unknown but logical steps to achieve greatnes, you will be the same 10 years down the road. I guarantee it. The only change you will have is ur belly, ur wrinkles, ur debts and ur salary maybe getting higher. But, your life will still be the same for you will be doing the same thing all over again and again.

Reach for the stars and falls into ground and stands and walks up again, energize by your dreams and your burning desire that will never stop flaming even in the biggest rain and biggest setback. You can and you will make a differences in your life. You can be a victor too!

Respect and Equal!

There is a difference of respect in different countries, i realised. The chinese here, me and family and friends realised it as well, is the level of respect given to us. The differences when we are treated in 3 different countries i felt is as follows, China we chinese from SG and MY is being treated as 1st class and upper citizen, in SG we are being treated equally with other races and different nationalities and the last but not least, our dear own KL, chinese even at home countries being treated as 2nd class citizen. You might argued or justify with your own reasons, but overall, this is my feelings supported by my chinese friends from Singapore and my family as well. We are being treated with 2nd class benefits and we live dangerously in MY, for eg. crimes spiralling in back home.

The "Melayu"s created hell lot of problems with small little potatoes issues such as merdeka flag on the car and shouting the slogan "kemerdekaan" in the parlimen. Fuck it! Seriously. All these bunch of local elected politicians especially "Melayu"s is creating hell lot of trouble, especially the Yasin MP, the fat ugly moustache guys who think he is the man of the moment. Creating lots of gender and woman menstruation issue in the parlimen, claims other races such as chinese don't give a shit about our kemerdekaan, tutup sebelah mata for his business of importing good and stuff to the customs people, claiming the customs dept that he cannot get his brand new Mercedes that is not fair la, the car that he got from custom is an old model Mercedes la and is not enough for him issue. I might be wrong, i might. But this is the general fucking impression that all the other races have as the citizens of Malaysians. I wanted this post to be read by all people as well.

No wonder all other professionals from oversea do not want to come back to Malaysia. We are being treated the same way in the worst environment if not better. Try having a professional and accredited career such as, ACCA or doctors, and you will be welcome all around the world, such as Australia and Singapore, without any hassle, and you'll be given a PR straight as well. Benefits will be even if not the same with the citizens there. At least, even if the benefits is lowered compared to the locals in Australia, wat the hell, you will be given monthly allowances as well before you can secure a proper job. Yeah! you pay taxes and high hell lot of taxes as well. But you get back the benefits from government, good security, medical benefits, monthly allowances and etc.

Meanwhile, back home, we are being tax differently and the benefits goes to whom? You figure, we will never be given anything close to them. When the bumis buy properties, they will get 7% discount upfront in the S & P, they get to buy ASN and ASB that guarantees returns higher than our EPF. What do we Chinese gets? Go figure! Felt pretty fucked up right now even thinking and writing about this topic right now. Harmony you says? We, the other races, is being presses into a corner and we cannot retaliate. We can only sit down hope for something good to comes out. Shitty people!

Feeling like shit really. Being a Chinese Malaysian thought and wanted to be proud completely in my heart hoping that we can be really proud being a Malaysian when we tell out friends overseas. What happen? Instead, all i've get is a simple feeling of vacant and fucking feeling. Some stupid local politicians who concern more about races and his own pockets more than the rakyat, except those who supports him giving him a vote. I'm not saying other countries do not exist or have none of these problems, but its just that, we chinese malaysians really do have this shitty feeling in us. Perhaps it is due to our press and newspaper pointing and directing to all the news that sells, BAD news!

Theres one line of word sentences that i've heard before, from a famous quote," Democracy is the worst form of government, but it is the best we have right now!" Go figure!

SG Bugis Junction

Today is Monday and it is a rainy day here in Singapore. Not a bad start, as the weather is has been constantly hot and humid. The weekend is a good session both mentally and physically to me and my darling. :) Sweaty session and nice as well. Been taking the libido supplement and just started to eat it, by the name of maca. Check it out online.

Went to a lot of places the weekend and walk around Bugis yesterday. Strolling in Bugis Junction, eating there and "yum cha", coffee ice session in several different places in Bugis alone from afternoon till night around 1opm before proceeding by MRT back to home. Lots of food and stores in Bugis as well, i did not went to Orchard as the time is pack and shortage of time and funds as well. Wanted to shop shop shop, till i drop, but have to limit my spending as i have not enough SGD with me, i feared.

Bugis street opposite the road is a much more different place. Something like our Petaling street in KL, pack with small stores selling lots of stuff includings, shirts, accessories, shoes, jeans, ladies apparels and etc, bla bla bla. Plenty to walk not too expensive as well. Sometimes, i do really prefer to shop at these places as you might find some bargain there. Nice clothes and nice shirts with cheap prices to mix and match with your existing wardrobe.

This trip to SG, i managed to get myself a pair of jeans, a pair of Kappa white sneakers and a green "Bling" tee from Bossini. Jeans for SGD25, Kappa sneakers SGD29, green "Bling" tee for SGD10, feeling shoik! priceless! i must add :) Food is good and livelihood here is good if you have the $. Better than KL i must add. :)

Read my next post to understand my whole feeling towards the differences of culture between the countries i've been. Feeling emotional right now. Feeling up and down! Feeling a little bit of plateau...

SG 1st Weekend - Fascinating!

This is my first week in Singapore. First weekend since the day i arrived few days back. Fews days since the day i updated my blog. Been busy everyday at office and at night at home in Summerdale. Went shopping and eating out every night. Watching StarHUB with multiple and lots of channels, AXN, Starworld, Sports selection and etc. Now i'm watching England vs Israel with England 1 up. Been catching up on tennis US Open as well. With the news of Federer running down Roddick and i think tonight at midnite will be the semi-finals for the ladies. Perhaps Justine Henin vs Venus Williams.

I just came back from a whole day outing with my Ling and Romeo, accompanied with my friends working in Singapore. Walking whole day since noon in Vivo City and Clarke Quay at night as well. Vivo City is a good experience, cheap sales, cheap jeans, cheap clothes, cheap t-shirt, cheap Nike shoes *drooling*! cheap food and etc etc bla bla bla. So much to say. I saw my dream shoe today, in Nike, red color comfort walking shoe at only SGD120 after discount. *drooling*! I'm coming back next time to acquire it, if i can find my shoe size of course. Been having problems buying shoes since i can only wear size 11UK. Anything less is tight and might cause blister at my toes. Hate that. T-shirts is cheap, i got mine at Bossini at only SGD10 and saw some jeans at even cheaper that i bought mine few days back. Jeans at only SGD16 each! OMG! Btw, i got a pair from Samuel and Kevin in IMM few days back at SGD25. A bargain if were to ask me.

Then we proceed to take some pictures at Vivo next to Sentosa. Seen the site for the next Genting casino located at the beach in Sentosa island. Found the ever famous St.James Power Station as well, the hip and happening disco currently at SG. Proceed to dinner at 6pm on the roof top in Vivo, Le Marche. Wah! couldn't believe it! People lining up to have their dinner, and waits for more than 45 minutes for a table. Nice food and nice kinda feeling 1st time eating there. The rules is simple, they give each individual a Marche card when we enter including my cute Romeo, even he as a 1 year old baby. Then you proceed to order watever type of food you like in there that includes, spanish rice, steaks, salad, desserts, drinks, hot dogs, calamari rings, fish dishes, pizzas and etc. Nice and delicious! Then after you finish, you will pay when you exit the cafe and pay for what you eat. Nice i think. Something in the between of buffet and ala carte.

At night after Vivo, we then proceed to Clarke Quay via MRT taking only arounf 15 minutes ride. Clarke Quay is even more eye opening for me. Haven been there since few years back. Wah! Browsing and jay walking at the cafes and bars and disco while taking pictures and smokes along. Saw the ever famous Ministry of Sound (MOS) and even Hed Kandi Bar. Then we stop by at Hooters cafe and ordered some beers while i consume my cola. ;P Sitting around for around 2 hours before taking the last ride of MRT back to our home in BoonLay. Catching up with time and finally reach home after an exhausting day. Perhaps tomorrow plan will be slightly lighter. Did some planning to go to Bugis and walk around there trying some local food for lunch. Strolling around, according to my Ling sitting beside me. Keke!

Days back, i make a promise to buy some stuff for my sis, coz i told her the Esprit warehouse is located at IMM, giving discounts up to 50%. Wah! So many stuff and prices are cheaper than back in KL, even during sales. Malaysian Mega Sales, put aside please. And based on my calculations and reviews, i do really think that in SG, when sales, prices here are really cheap and better design as well. Make up my mind to come here the next round bringing more cash. Keke! Hence, thats why perhaps tomorrow i'll be going to Bugis to find something interesting for my this dear sis.

Nice weekend. Fascinating! So shoik! LoL!

SG I - 1st Day

I've reached Singapore yesterday night at almost 12am and been tired and exhausted after since. After settling down at this nice cozy condominium at Boon Lay SG near my work place, it is already 3am and i have to report for work this morning. Too tired to be exact. Took the bus by the name of Aeroline from PJ straight to Harbor Front in Singapore. Nice cozy bus with food and drinks served on board. Although it does not goes together so well with bus journey of 5 hours. Imagine road + sea sick (dizziness) and eating kampung fried rice together with hot milo bouncing while eating during the food intake. Puke! Eating in airplane is a least more stable. Better a lot to be exact!

Then, i woke up late to report for work today, due to the fact of restless night. But, at least, i have got to interact back with some SG colleagues as i have been to China for a while. Nice talking back to them and chat for a while before proceeding for some lunch nearby to office. Nice economy mix rice served with nice kaw kopi ice. The only shortfall is, i can't smoke under the roof after the meal. Only after leaving the food court i am able to light up my ciggy.

Finish my work and some discussion with my fellow colleagues before going back at 6pm. Tired but feels good as well. I was wondering and feeling that i do really enjoy being able to travel and work all the time. At least feels the life and the excitement of going around meeting new people and having different kinda of work environment rather than the dull every morning jammed all the way to work in KL and doing the same old routine all the time follows by the routine jammed after work which is irritating and terrible. Bored!

I guess i'm really looking for some life and excitement in my work and hopefully being able to be paid well at the same time. Well, work is work and play is play. Time to rest and get ready for tomorrow's big day! Cheers!

US Embassy

Basket! I hate it when things goes out of order and arrangement have to rescheduled. It is all started because due to the stupid United States Embassy personnel that interviews me this morning. I was like, what the heck do you still wanted from me? I give you all the prove you wanted and i am not a criminal or some sort. Don't give those shitty excuse nor those kinda look as if that i'm not able to speak English or some stupid jackass potential criminal. Bugger!

I waited for 2 straight hours to get into my turn and the worst is that the personnel in US embassy rejected my application for visa in less than 2 minutes. I have shown my original signed and authentic documents from an US public listed company located in Winsconsin and have a operation worldwide. I do not look, yes, let me repeat that, look like a stupid jackass who needs to work in US just to earn more than what i've get in Malaysia or in China. Heck! I might be even paid more than the person sitting in the counter interviewing me. Fucker! All the documents and reasons show and explain to him. He decided that i'm not fit to get a US visa even though i goes there for a training for only 1 month with the proof shown and legal documents signed and chopped by the company.

I was like, devastated, a IT graduate from UK with like 8 years of working experience and getting paid monthly of several thousands RM per month. Dress decent and looks good as well. Do i look like i need to jump plane and stay illegally in US for earning extra $? Which is USD is depreciating and dangerous to any civilians, perhaps due to the troubles and terrorism. Plenty more to talk about if i have to.

As a summary, i felt i was discriminated. I have the same skin color as Chinese from Singapore or to ABC in US. But, how the hell, do i have to gone through this treatment and shown this kinda stupid service from them. Its not like i have done something wrong or have any criminal record of any kind. Just that i need to get a visa for me to go to US and attach to my company for training as requested by the higher management. Fucking hell!

I treat my american friend with respect. I do have a couple of them. They are friendly, kind, good hearted and we even have a couple of drinks together when we are in China and Malaysia. But, what the hell! Because i'm born in Malaysia and as a Malaysian, i get this treatment? Fucking discrimination. Do i look like Osama or related to any muslims or radicals terrorism? No. What the hell? Felt funny and discriminated. I know how it felts being discriminated now. Even as a chinese in Malaysia. Shitty shit.

Shitty Feeling! Hope that i'll get over it later. Or else, i'm going to vomit blood tonight. Ciao!

Delicious Food

I am still full right now. I have eat and consume a lot of food these few days back in Malaysia. I eat regularly and i drink a lot of sweet drinks here. Teh ice, coffee ice, nescafe ice, teh tarik for drinks, 2 to 3 glass at a go. Food is aplenty as well, prawn mee, nasi with beef rendang, steamboat at johnny's, mixed rice, thai food, fishball mee and etc. Really plenty of nice food back home here.

What i found out the differences between the mentality of chinese in mainland and we, chinese, here is that Malaysians really like to eat, although not a lot, but food is still one of the main priority in our lives. We plan ahead what to eat and make arrangement to eat and drink earlier, even planning to have a meal 3 days ahead. Meanwhile, when i was in China, i do not make any arrangement to eat. We only decide when the time comes, or when our stomach calls for reinforcement.

Perhaps, it is not out fault when we are in Malaysia. It is the fault of the food being so tasty, so aromatic, so nice, delicious, the "lemak" taste, the sweet and sour taste, the spice, the flavour, the snacks and etc. Makes my mouth drooling right now. Feels like drinking at least a glass of nice smooth teh tarik ice kurang manis. Just perfect accompanied with a stick of cigarette lighten up between your lips. Fantastic! Perfect! :P

Tomorrow will be a hectic day for me, US visa application, meeting with some old friends and acquintances, eating and dining with my family ;P, perhaps servicing my SLK if i got the time. Haha! Btw, thinking of durian right now, as now is durian season. Shit! Makes my mouth itchy right now. Seriously, i need to cool down and eat less. Or else, my weight will goes up and my health goes down. Not good!

Cheers and enjoy your durian if you got any, if holding at your hand right now! ;P

Burdens and $

Here i am feeling down and downright miserable due to the sad things and some funny stupid things i have to bear in Malaysia as a eldest sibling and carrying the surname of my family. I was having a family dinner last night to celebrate my grandma's birthday last night with my dad and my close relatives. Have some small talk with my dad and updating some news here and there. How come i wonders sometimes does these shit happens to any people, the shouldering of heavy responsibilities and carrying some burden of problems, troubles and extra load of shitty stuff everyday. Can't we just live our life more simpler and more merrier and just cherish the fucking moment together without any guilt, burdens and responsibilities? Freaking feeling bad and feeling shit lot of burden since last night. Piles and piles of shitty burden pressing against my shoulder.

Family issues, parents issues, work issues, money issues, this that bla bla bla. Hate it. If only things are much simpler. I did make some thinking all these while and i came to a conclusion that all the freaking fucking problems and burdens actually do comes from 2 main reasons only; the lack of vitamin M aka $ and the lack of tolerance and communication.

The 1st one, lack of this thing call $ can really make a huge difference in anyones life. Things have to be compromised, things that can't be done and lots of stuff have to be let go even though those things that you have dream for and hold on for. People changed and couples argued mostly from this issue primarily. The based of everything, in my humble opinion. The most inner and primarily form for hatred and anger in this age of capitalism in the 21st century. Gone were those days that people can live together without concerning about monetary issue. People dies and live everyday practically chasing for this "$". Same kinda of shit whether you realised it or not.

The 2nd things that comes after is, the trouble of miscommunications hence causing the lack of tolerance and the lack of trust to any people, sometimes, families and good friends as well. When the trust comes down, everything that comes out from your mouth will be perceived as lies or perhaps 50% truth. Minds will wonders the the other side of the truth even though you might not have even thought about it. Second pile of shit!

Due to these reasons and me carrying a belief that if really, when an individual does make enough $ for them to live their life the way they wish and dream for, life is indeed will be easier, easier i repeat! Life that you practically you wish to live about. Those dreams that you have dreamt, the hopes that carries you and give you a life. I will continue to strive in looking for a better future, my only hope that lights within me. The hope that one fine day, i look back, i will be smiling and not regretting how i live my life. I hope.

Ai! Lifes of burdens and $...

Randomness 2007 - Back to KL

The 1st Saturday morning back in KL and i've nothing much to do today. Busy schedule this coming few days until the day i will land in SG on wednesday night. Perhaps maybe i'll be going to hang about in the town or just enjoy myself laying cool and laying down, chilling with my time right now. Have a mind blowing fantastic session of sensuality last night *grind* :) Need to take some extra libido supplements to boost up my energy as well. ;P

My mind wonders now back to China. Thinking about what my mate in ZJG is doing this Saturday. The planning for them is to take a bus to Shanghai and have a nice walk and stroll about in the metropolis Shanghai. All went their separate ways but going to the same destination and same direction. Shanghai is really a huge city. Provided if you know where u are going, it is fun and enjoying. Expenses is rather same in KL maybe just a slight more when do some exchanges of currency. Language might be a common problem though, if you do not speak mandarin or read chinese character words. It has been and still a problem for me though. I can speak some slight mandarin so to speak at least to ask for directions, asking how much for food, asking for this and that and etc. So communications is not a big problem for me but the biggest setback for me currently is the reading of chinese word. Headache as i do not recognised the words. English has been my background and my common speaking language since college days.

Wanting to try Jalan Alor fishball mee stall for lunch today. Real fishball, btw, if your mind wonders away from food to another delusion mentality. The chicken rice stall, the fishball noodle stall, pan mee stall is still the old stall cook and serve by the old timers rather than vietnamese or myanmarese who have no idea what it takes to serve a great dish of fishball mee. *drooling* Served with my fav glass of kopi ice, kaw kaw and almost black with slight hint of full cream milk. Bitter and strong of coffee aroma. Beyond god-like!

LoL! Have a fantastic day ahead!

Cheers! :)
