Seriously, back to the point. I believe the emergence of this class of individual is not too surprising given then any ubersexual or metrosexual will eventually matures and evolve. Males and alpha males living in the metropolis, both straights and otherwise, working or not, making their dreams come true or just laying around chilling out, must equipped with the latest gadget. You name it and they got it.




Smartphones like Blackberry, Iphone, Palm Pre. Mobile mp3 like Ipod Nano, Ipod Touch, Sony Walkman. Camera such as DSLR, Sony, Canon Ixus and Leica M8. Netbooks and Macbooks are the words these days. These are here to stay.

As Charles Darwin once quoted,"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change."

Look around you, that if its you are reading this now at Starbucks with a wireless netbook sipping that latte, and see for yourself. Ask yourself this,"Is that guy gay? Is the guy sitting next to me straight?" You could not have seen more examples of these in any metropolis, anywhere between Tokyo to Shanghai from Manila to Singapore. Techno-males are here and they are everywhere.



Goodbye beard. Adios to rugged-ol-fitting-torn jeans. Sayonara to messy oily hair srinkled with dandruff. Au revoir to camping hiking boots in Starbucks. Welcome smartphones and Iphones. Huanyin to Ipods and Itouch 16G. Selamat datang to Macbook Air and Netbooks 10".

Gadgets are here to stay. Imagine your journey in a tube 10 feet underground travelling at 30 miles an hour. Look around you. How many instances that you are able to see individuals with wires hooked to their Ipod. How many of these young males staring at their PSP? Aplenty, that is.

Look at your friends with the latest smartphones (btw, PDA is a cliche and so-old-school gadget by now, which generation are you from, you say?) Everyone wants a Wii, gotten a PS2 and having that kick-ass 42" LCD TV in their living room. All of us wanted that new stylish DSLR or M8 Leica camera. Of course, some of us wants a simpler Sony slim pinkish camera in color to match with their bags.

The emergence of these category of people is here. They are no lie and they are equipped with latest news and information. They blog and they Facebook. They upload their latest photos online and they share like no tomorrow.

My Dream: Sony Walkman NWZ A726

I dreamt of this. The imagination of the moment so sweet. Blasting you by my side, making me work and push through the pain barrier to accomplish my goals. Music so sweet to my ears. Bass so clear crisping loud and clear thumping that 200bpm into my ears making my adrenaline rush and my muscles contracts. So sweet!

I sweat profusely after. My legs, my calf, my glutes, my quad and my entire feet quivers and shakes. Its was tiring and muscle burning. God! You look so sweet and innocent, metallic looking staring at me. You glow and shines at your face, expressing your words to me.

You look at me, stared at me, without emotions, wondering, "what the fuck are you stopping?". You continued," don't you know that i can run for 30 over hours non-stop giving you the pleasure? And here you are stopping at just after 30 minutes gasping for air and muscles aches!" Fuck!

Randomness: Update Apr 2008

Yooooohooooo! Its Labour Day here in China. Its falls on Thurdays and i got my leave application approved on Friday meaning 4 days leave (including weekends la! Duh!). I'll be leaving from Pudong to Singapore this Saturday morning! Yippppeeee!

One whole freaking week in Singapore. Work tour la! But still, its damn nice and fun to be able to be back near to home. I am going to eat eat eat and drink drink drink! Wantan mee, hokkien mee, nasi lemak, chicken rice, economy mixed rice with kopi ice and teh tarik ice! OMG! Fucking drooling now! *So damn happy and so freaking fucking fantastic!*

I got my freaking VIEWTY already! Yippeeeeee x2! I traded in my stupid HIPHONE to VIEWTY and the feeling is freaking fantastic for me now! Can camwhore already and snap snap snap! Hahaha! So happy! Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

Stupid HIPHONE! Hahaha! *I make a mistake and i should have known better!* I tell you, this HIPHONE have 1 thing only and its the only nice thing! IPHONE box and EXACT icons on the 1st screen! Thats all! Everything else, is just sucky! Limited functions and bluetooth like siao siao! Sometimes functioning sometimes not! KNNCCB! Use for 2 days and then tulan already! (tulan = pissed off!)

Hence, i decided enough is enough! I am going back to trade in while its still new and in good condition. Of course, i lost a few hundred RMB in process but what to do! My own mistake! Thus, cheap things no good things!

Seriously, let me use my VIEWTY for a while more and get a more feeling for this phone! Oppps! Camera with phone! Hahaha! Nice 5.0mp camera with professional lens and manual focus for snap snap! I should camwhore more often now! :)

Update: I got myself a pair of brown sunnies with power! Matching with my dyed brown hair! Hahaha! And of course, i got a bargain and cheap Creative MP3 Player White in color with Pink cover! 2gb worth of coolness and suave! Got my mojo back! Hahaha!

Wait till i got the time. I'll do a freaking review and comparison between the handphones that i bought! Hahaha!

China's iPhone

OMG! China has a reputation of being one of the world's best product imitators and cloners. They imitate cars, technological stuffs and etc that makes people awed. My jaw dropped at the quality of the exterior finishing of the products. Seriously!

For the last couple of weeks, i've been rolling and thinking about getting a new cellphone that comes with a superb camera. The reason behind this is due to my nature and my character. I love to snap and camwhore things, especially for blogging purposes. I snap pictures and photos of food, drinks, events, peoples bla bla bla. The photos reminds me of the good and great time that i have and all the crazy little experiences i've gone through. Fantastic!

I've been browsing online to check out some cellphones and to my shock mind, i found HIPHONE, the ultimate iPhone clone made in China that is 99% identical to the Apple's. Its nice and is has more function that the originals. Its cheaper and what the heck! It can even fit 2 sim card as well! Talk about imitation with innovation. Value added technology, IMHO.


But of course, the quality might not be the same. Nor the LCD might last for 2 years before it fades in color? Never knows. But of course again, by that time, we can look for another phone again, ain't we?




Check out the pictures. Freaking fantastically clone la! OMG! * i am as of now very very undecided whether to go ahead and get my viewty or this cheaper version of hiphone! * From the specifications and the review i gather from various sites, these are some of the details:

1. The HiPhone can store 2 simcards; although can only use 1 card only at a time.

2. They comes together with 2 batteries together, due to listening Mp3, snapping photos and playing with the phone non-stop?

3. Touch screen LCD, exactly same as iPhone with the slide to unlock function. Comes together with a stylus!

4. 2mpixel camera, VGA camera, for my snapping pleasure purposes.

5. mp4/mp3 player with 3d and equalizer settings for superb audio experience.

6. 3.5" screen with colorful icons. The freaking screen turns according to horizontal and vertical, as per iPhone, with extra enhancement of shake left for previous pictures or previous mp3!

7. Of course, cheaper la! and no need for itunes, just a simple usb connection for drop and play!

Whattayathink? I might get 1 for my own la!

Lost, Loster, Lostest!

I am lost for words during the weekend. I felt plateau. Feel empty and felt up and down yet lack of a thorough definition of how exactly i should be feeling at the time. Its funny recalling and thinking how this shit could happen at 1 time. Maybe its pure "lucky". How can it be not lucky? You tell me.

I lost my beloved Mp3 Player on Friday. Dropped from my winter jacket in the club. It was not the most expensive nor the most classiest possession that i have. Its just that its my 1st and i am emotionally attached to the freaking little black device. I listen to it everywhere i go, everywhere i went, from smoking at the bus stop waiting for the morning bus, from the trip to Shanghai at weekend and back, at Shanghai waiting for subway to come ignoring the other living existance around me, at the table eating alone or during the food session and so much more. I am blank. I felt plateau. I was actually in fact devastated.









Then comes Saturday. I walk around Shanghai and browsing some Mp3/Mp4 player. iPOD and Sony Walkman to be exact. I was trying to find a price and make a budget for it.

Then the unexpected happen. I lost my beloved Sony Cybershot phone that i am so use to it to capture the spur of moment and the aura of happiness in me. I drop it in a club again. OMG! I was like. How can the same shit happen to a same guy twice, in a weekend? You found one.









I am speechless. I am awed.


Truthfully, i am lost for words. I lost some of the phone and contact numbers that i have accumulated over the last 6 months. Lucky for me, i kept my old-can't-die-on-me-and-no-one-want-that-K600i-also phone in my drawer fully charged with my old DIGI simcard. I managed to get back a new simcard without any charges. I slot it in and there i was. Back to square 1 using the old-can't-die-on-me-and-no-one-want-that-K600i-also phone. Nice hor~~

VIEWTY here i come.









How to NOT like it. Freaking fantastically superbly designed. Infact, it look more like a camera with 5.0 mpixel, comes with professional lens namely Schneider Kreuznach, and it had it all. I swear to you, that this cute little damn thing is making me sweating profusely everytime i look at the ads here. Freakingly fantastic.









It boasts a 3" LCD touch screen capability. It has professional xenon flash light to capture that moment in dark. It has a ISO 800 capability although from the review, the picture has some noises around it, making it less perfect. It has image stabiliser for some active and fast picture capturing. At least. It can take video at 120fps making video presentation looking exceptionally fantastic for slow mo action. My God!

All of this in a small sleek classy device. It even has a touch screen QWERTY pad during sms typing. Can you believe it? Freakin awesome!

What do ya think of the Korean brand Mp4 Player? Think its good enough for me temporary until my next goal is to get ITouch / IPhone. Seriously! Quality wise is good with plentiful of options and settings. The only fallback is the limited flash drive space. But comes with a micro SD slot for further expansion when i need :)

But feels damn good at the expense of RMB399. Now i do enjoy music even more during travels and walking or shopping. Haha! *Btw, i do listens to FIR and SHE now* -GRINS- Damn nice...........

Sony Birthday Present

What do you think of this handphone? Izzit cute, adorable, nice, perfect and superbly nice? Keke. I'm so happy today, for being having this Sony Ericsson as my birthday present from my darling, my sis's and my mom! Its not about "which" phone or the "latest phone" but more about THE GIFT itself that makes me so damn happy and so delighted.

Yeah! Its NOT about having the latest phone nor the most advanced phone that really makes me happy! Instead about having a NEW phone that i really like for a long long long time and THE GIFT itself from my family that really makes my day... :) Its just so nice being able to be around and to think about my family, my darling, my Romeo and my mom as well. Just so damn happy! :) Hurrah!

My darling bought me a nice pen as well since the last pen that she bought for me lost! *My bad and my mistake* No its not a BAD omen! Its just that perhaps "the old" pen knows tat i need a "new pen". Keke.

Just now when i went to dinner alone, i went to buy my new handphone some accessories. I bought the screen protective cover and a "leather cover hanging by the belt". Thought wanna buy a handphone bag, but looks too girlish, and people might says "why you so girlish one?"...Hehe, so decided to buy the leather handphone pouch instead!

But i haven't figure out how to use the handphone yet. Yeah! Its me. The slow learner of new technology...Keke. So happy!

Sony or IPOD

I was wondering right now whether to get an ipod or a Sony walkman phone for myself in the near future. Coz i was wondering about it for quite sometime and i really like the idea that i can chill out with the tunes and music that i like when i am in a journey whether to a nearby destination, or to overseas and while waiting for example at a coffee lounge in the airport.

It is definitely cooler to get an ipod i assume as everyone is getting one for themselves these days. But i am thinking about the viability and the mobility for a guy when we are moving here and there with our notebook, baggage, 2 handphones, ciggys and etc in our pocket. There are just too many things to carry around in the 2 small little pocket. So the question also lies with the mobility from my point of view...

I need to get my phone change as well in the near future to something that i like. Big screen, huge memory, nice camera with min 2 megapixel lens at least, maybe a built in walkman that plays mp3,wma format and have a simple buttons and simple screens and menus that does not confused me :) I'm an idiot and i am a stone.

Well, what do you think? Can anyone give me ideas...?
