I have been hitting the gym regularly for the last 2 months. The gym itself is nothing to be shout about. Just a decent gym, that has cleanliness and appearance that suits my own requirements. Machines are complete with the basic equipments, resistance machines, free weight area, treadmills, studios, rpm classes, resting area and CLEAN toilets!
More pictures in the upcoming posts, i promise!
I've been reading online since a couple of months back about fitness technique and regime. Fitness plans such as losing weight, burning fats, building muscles, gaining strength and having a better physique. Its a long shot and its a long term dedication for those who really wants it.
Of course, the thing about hitting the gym and exercising itself is more about the journey itself rather than the end-output. There will no end-of-movie ending whereby you get to look like Arnold 20 years ago or Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Its a never ending journey. But i promise you, once you start hitting gym for strength, cardio exercises and aerobics, i can guarantee you, that you will definitely feel better.
You get to look better, which is most important for me. You get to be healthier, your body feel better, you get to detoxify toxins from you body, you get to sweat profusely, you get to know more people who looks healthy and looks good, you get to be a better self and you get to be happier!
:)
There are multiple ways and techiques available all over the internet providing guides and plans to help you achieve your fitness goal. Search it and google it. These sites will help you to achieve that dream six-pack-abs that you always dream off or the mighty biceps when you curl your arms.
I like this statement from Jim. He posted some guides in http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/ and click here for this article. I quote this from him and yeah! it makes perfect sense without the mumbo jumbo and those technical terms that makes me dizzy. Its simple, logical and it make sense.
For more of his advice and guides, go and read it. It make perfect sense. But, of course, it works more for "males species" who wanted to look bigger and muscular.
Well, for females and other individuals who are looking for different sets of goals, of course, the plans are different then. Please consult those expert with relevent expertise before making out your own plans.
I will be sticking to his advice for now and i am going to look good! *give or take a couple of months time!*
Haha!
