Opening Ceremony!

Finally!!! The opening ceremony is a huge success and it is simply unbelievable for me. It was breathtaking! It was damn good. The feeling of accomplishment, the feeling of satisfaction, the feeling of success, the pumping of energy in my body, the pumping of adrenaline in my blood vessels and the running of up and down everywhere for the last 2 weeks is just simply too good.

Check out the picture i took with my mobile. Only 2 picture for now. Wait till the vendor comes back with the photos from a professional photographer. It will be better. I promise.

What do you think of the model display for the cranes above? We created it and it was tiring. It was remodelled and remodelled and was editted and was editted for a longest time. It was only completed the day before opening and again. The feeling is fantastic! Yeah, the color and the lightning of the picture above is not that good, but again, we are not professional and i do not have a flash camera with great lens. Just my nice looking cybershot mobile.

We are complimented and was congratulated repeatedly for the whole event and all the small little details we put together. Pressman, journalists and our guests are so impressed by the results and works that we have done. For example,

1. We know exactly which time each guest touch down at the airport in Pudong.

2. We know exactly which guests are supposed to reach at which hotel with their names written down prepared for them to check-in, without them having to write even their names on the check-in form.

3. We arranged fresh flowers to be put at the hotel (courtesy of Traders Hotel, Zhangjiagang)

4. We put a small little reminder note at all the guests room, reminding them to wait at lobby at 7.45am in the morning, showing them a small little map from hotel to our office, transportation time schedule and etc.

5. We organize a cocktail dinner as a surprised for our guests. And with small little details given by the Hotel Management, we are totally blown away with the preparation work and surprise by them as well. They advertise our Contact Center at the Dining Hall as well :) * Double praise for the Traders Hotel*

6. All guests are blown away when they reach at our entrance, where 5 of our receptionist are fully equipped, professional and well mannered to handled all the guests that came in within 30 minutes. Everyone goes in and out smiling at the preparation of finger food, gifts, receptions, arrangement of speech and emcee, tent and chairs layout, lightnings and sound systems, tour of contact center and the factory as well.

7. The luncheon at the hotel got everyone surprised as well. We negotiated the price and the food at the luncheon. We squeezed the best deal of the quality of the food, the drinks, the liqours, the juices and the settings of the tables. Lightnings and the ambience music of the hall is marvellous as well. The 1st dish served out was fantastic, lights off, music rocks, candles lightens, waiters walks in, everyone claps and smiling at our faces!

8. Even the transportation and the checkout of all the guests make everyone smiling happy as well. All are arranged perfectly with all vehicles are fully utilized with all the guests left smilingly happily.
